The Minister of Commerce and Investment thanks the leadership for approving the organization of the Saudi Accreditation Center

His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Investment, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, extended his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense - may God preserve them - on the occasion of the issuance of the Cabinet’s approval to organize Saudi Accreditation Center. His Excellency explained in a press statement on this occasion that the regulation contributes to strengthening the Kingdom’s steps towards the need to complete a reliable and impartial national quality infrastructure whose outputs are recognized globally, as the independence of the accreditation activity is an essential step in the right direction to avoid conflict of interests, and to ensure the integrity of the activities of the national quality infrastructure And obtaining international recognition, stressing that the Saudi Accreditation Center will indirectly contribute to achieving four goals of the first level of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which are developing and diversifying the economy, enhancing government effectiveness, enabling a full and healthy life, and increasing employment rates.
